Pancakes basic


1.5 cups of wholemeal self raising flour

1 tsp baking powder

2 tbsp brown sugar

2 eggs

140 g apple puree

1 cup milk

olive oil spray

  1. Stir flour and baking powder together in a bowl. Add sugar. Mix in eggs, apple puree, and milk. Whisk until smooth.
  2. Lightly spray fry pan with oil spray. Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto heated cooking surface.  Cook over medium heat til bubbles appear on the surface.  turn and cook on the other side.
  3. Place the Pancakes onto a serving dish.
  4. Toppings are nice when people have a choice to select and use what they want.
