Experience has showed the Leaders in the Hazelwood and Churchill Guide District that as more people get involved with Hazelwood and Churchill guiding more activites, events and services will be able to be coordinated. The more there is to do, the greater the interest and the more helpers there is.
Every Guide has different interests, talents and life skills. The more experienced she is in active going to things, being involved with them and the team that is coordinating the activities, events and services the greater input and ownership the Guide has. Therefore each Guide understand that there is support out there as well as in her Unit meeting time, Patrol and peer group. Thus the greater the knowledge basis the Guide has to fall back on.
