Knowing About Our Beginnings


This section of the Centenary Challenge  Badge is dark blue and is divided into three section (Self, Physical and Practical and People)

The Guides needed tio increase their knowledge about Lord and Lady BP as well as Brownslea island.   They have been doing this trough going to the Churchill Library and checking out the Internet services. not having a lot of time when the Guides went to the Library  Brownslea Island was checked into, as well as the Four World Centers.

Also through action games of our founders : Lord and Lady Baden-Powell, how they worked as a couple for the movements to grow, inclusive Wide Games , stories and activities about the Founders and Brownslea Island were slipped into the weekly  Program.
