Hazelwood and Churchill (Victoria, Australia) local Girl Guide information noticeboard.

QUICK SIGHT MEMORY

  • Guides in pairs seated on the floor.
  • Each pair is given a small common object, e.g., pencil, cent, bus ticket.
  • At the word pass each couple passes their object onto the couple on their left.
  • When all Guides have examined the object the leader collects them all.
  • She then asks one question about each object, every couple writing down an answer, e.g., What is the name of the maker? What is the date of the coin? What was the number?
