C.F.A Come on down to Guides.

 

When planning 2009 Tuesday program the girls decided to invite the CFA people to Guides. Little knowing that every one here would be so affected by the near by fires over the last two weeks.

 

Here are some of the pictures of the CFA ladies who came to our Girl Guide meeting today. And we did not scare them off…. so they are coming back too.

Class 3 emergencies

Class  3 emergencies are the ones that can be immediately brought under control without outside assistance and without attracting media attention. These will involve incidents at group level that can be quickly diffused.
A short term missing person, short-term health incident without threat to life.

Class 2 emergencies

Class 2 emergencies involve emergencies with potential ramifications and media interest most likely. Need to be dealt with by State or national level personnel. Event LiC to be contacted as soon as possible on the emergency number. LiC will respiond according to the State Emergency Response Plan. ONLY authorised personnel may speak to the media.
Medial emergency which could result in seriouc illness / injury or loss of life; group or participant becomes loss.
